Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Workshop

The first step in identifying company-wide waste. Learn a visual method for identifying value-added and non-value added activities within your internal processes. Learn a visual method for identifying customer service needs and build value into your customer service process. Any small-medium business wishing to participate in this training may qualify for funding assistance through the New Mexico Small Assistance Program with Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories.
