How to Develop a Winning Proposal

In today’s contracting world, it is critical to know how to write winning proposals to government agencies. This intensive 2-day course provides an insider’s review of the acquisition process, evaluations of proposals, and the knowledge of key elements and features of winning proposals. Instructor Bennie E. Gonzales, Jr. has over 33 years of procurement experience, and currently instructs several federal agencies in contracting issues. Course Summary: Understand each section of a Request for Proposal (RFP), what they represent, and how to extract key information. Detailed explanation of the importance of RFP proposal preparation instructions, evaluation criteria, the relationship to customer desires, and keys to a winning proposal. Systematic approach to communicating responses, key information delivery, and necessary proposal structure. Formatting, graphic style, and other techniques to enhance proposal documents.
