Think of this as the list of things we as a network need to be competent in if we are going to successfully meet the needs and expectations of our New Mexico SBDC clients. The list is color coded by PD level and each column corresponds to an Element (i.e. category). If you look closely at the various PD levels you will notice that all of core competencies are strategically divided up so that they appear just once within Level 1, 2, or 3. This unique PD design means that as we each complete our individual plans by demonstrating we have various the core competencies for the level we are on, we are also demonstrating that as an overall network team we are always fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop skilled entrepreneurs and strong business in New Mexico.
