Funding and Financial Disclosures
The New Mexico Small Business Development Center (NMSBDC) is a statewide program designed to enhance economic growth in New Mexico by providing management, marketing, and technical assistance to small businesses and is funded in part through the New Mexico State Legislature and a cooperative agreement with the U.S Small Business Administration and Santa Fe Community College.

New Mexico SBDC Program services are open to the public on a non-discrimantory basis. The New Mexico SBDC Program complies with 13 CFR §120.110 and EO 14218 which prohibits federal taxpayer funded assistance to businesses ineligible SBA financial assistance such as businesses deriving more than one-third of gross annual revenue from gambling activities or businesses which derive directly or indirectly more than a de minimis amount of gross revenue through the sale of products or services, or the presentation of any depictions or displays, of a prurient sexual nature. Below is our federal funding disclosure in accordance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 (P.L. 117-328) Section 632 Title VI Division E, (1) the percentage of the total costs of the program or project which will be financed with Federal money (18%); (2) the dollar amount of Federal funds for the project or program (SBA $825,237.00); and (3) percentage (82%) and dollar amount (State Funding $3,746,131) of the total costs of the project or program that will be financed by non-governmental sources.
