WESST Webinar Series: Essentials of Creative Entrepreneurship

Join us for a six-part workshop that will help entrepreneurs transform their craft from a hobby or passion to extra income in six short weeks. We are proud to provide New Mexicans with the business building tools that can elevate their passions and artistic visions while providing a path to financial sustainability. Essentials of Creative Entrepreneurship is perfect for Bakers, Beaders, Weavers, Woodworkers, Pottery Makers, Poets, Welders, Painters, Jewelers, and many other creative entrepreneurs that have formed the backbone of our great state’s artistic history and tradition. In this class you will learn the following:

  • Session 1: Business Model Canvas for Creatives
  • Session 2: Understanding Creative Markets
  • Session 3: Own It, Artist Statements, Goal Setting and Action Plan
  • Session 4: Intro to Creative Business Financials
  • Session 5: Navigating Online Creative Marketplace
  • Session 6: Pulling It All Together

This class will be held in six sessions on Tuesdays: July 20, and July 27, and August 3, 10, 17 and 24.
